Key Responsibilities:
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness in the office, including common areas, meeting rooms, and pantry.
Assist with photocopying, filing, and document distribution as needed.
Handle basic administrative tasks like mailing, scanning, and delivering documents.
Manage office supplies and ensure they are properly stocked.
Assist with setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are organized.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
