Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as an Accountant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.
Perform month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of financial performance against budgetary targets.
Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning and decision-making processes.
Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.
Stay updated on accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA certification or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with knowledge of GAAP.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
