Description
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues with their purchases.
Handle complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
Maintain customer records and update information in the database accurately.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve performance targets.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and customer service software.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
