Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in Dubai. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant department.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.
Handle complaints and feedback with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
