Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
Plan and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to coordinate logistics activities
Track and update shipment status, maintaining accurate records
Resolve any issues or delays in logistics operations
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and safety standards
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
