Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order processing.
Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancements.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Adhere to customer service standards and protocols.
Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals and targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or service industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
