Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance with inquiries, orders, and concerns.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
Proficiency in computer systems and customer service software.
