Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. The ideal candidate will assist our sales team in providing excellent service to customers, maintaining the presentation of our products, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information and recommendations to customers based on their needs.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and notifying management of any discrepancies or low stock levels.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a prompt and courteous manner.
Stay informed about product features, promotions, and sales events.

Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Knowledge of products in our industry is an asset.
