Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
Prospect and engage with potential customers to understand their needs, challenges, and buying preferences.
Present and demonstrate products or services to prospects, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
Customize sales presentations and proposals to address the specific needs and requirements of each prospect.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales deals.
Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, overcome objections, and secure commitment.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to support sales efforts and address customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs set by the organization.
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
Represent the company professionally and ethically in all interactions with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
