Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand client needs and offer suitable product or service solutions to meet their requirements.

Present product demonstrations and proposals to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven track record in sales, with at least 1 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.

Willingness to travel as needed.
