Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Secretary. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, handling a variety of tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate parties and responding as needed.
Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Assist in the organization of office events and functions.
Coordinate office supplies and equipment procurement and maintenance.
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office suite).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
