Roles & Responsibilities:
Proactively engage and build rapport with customers, understanding their needs to guide them through their purchase decisions.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and provide detailed information and advice on furniture selection.
Implement strategic sales plans to achieve set sales targets and expand customer base.
Manage product display and ensure sales areas are always presentable and inviting.
Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability and timely product delivery.
Process sales transactions and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to forward to the management for service enhancement.
