    Job Description:
    1. Responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems. These professionals work in industrial and commercial settings.
    2. diagnose and fix problems that they find in air conditioning systems.
    3. reviewing blueprints, installing air conditioning systems, testing systems for proper functioning, performing emergency repairs, maintaining tools, ordering supplies, and making routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency.
    4. also record data when inspecting systems, such as temperature of equipment, fuel consumption and hours of operation.
    5. Air conditioning technicians must recover and properly dispose of refrigerants when servicing air conditioning equipment since refrigerants can be harmful to the environment.
    6. They may also sell service contracts to clients in order to ensure long-term client relationships.

    1.1 Repairs, maintains and provides technical attention to all Electrical, Mechanical refrigeration systems of the hotel – walk in freezer, fridges, Ice makers, fan coil units, chiller, etc.
    1.2 Maintains preventively all air-conditioning and refrigeration systems at the hotel.
    1.3 Checks on performance of refrigeration systems and components.
    1.4 Verifies all door closing systems on walk in coolers/freezer (door gaskets/latches).
    1.5 Checks and maintains all defrosting systems and automation of ice-makers.
    1.6 Works on maintenance request from all departments.
    1.7 Ensures routine cleaning of Fan-coil units and air-handling unit filters.
    1.8 Checks on performance of air-conditioning and chill water systems.
    1.9 Cooperates with all engineering staff in detention of failures of air-condition and refrigeration system and function set up.
